OMG, WordPress Update AGAIN?/Ben’s New Home

Thursday, September 11th, 2008

OUI! I just updated WordPress last week! Stop with the updates! :P

Well, land hunting hasn’t gone to well with Benie. The one spot that’s flat, and that he would like to live at, is undeedable, due to a village called Mizuho. Same thing goes for another piece of land he said he would be happy at. Just North of Bennie Bay, there’s a nice little hill, and it has this nice, little flat spot. I run over on Ctrlaltdelete (Yes, I still use him. He’s an explorer alt.) and trytoplant… I apply a D: look to my face, and Benie applies a D:< look to his face. Sigh.

Yesterday, we- Well, I.. Had fun sailing around, and inspecting any land within half’ish of a kilometer of Bennie Bay. We went back over to the land unfoundable because of Mizuho, and tried to find the village. After a bit of mucking around, we figured the way, was through his favorite kind of road… A one tiled road, going through dense forest. I dot dot dotted as he refused to come with me, to find Mizuho. So, we turned around, headed back to Bennie Bay. As the Resturant at the End of the Universe came into view, I turned towards it, to hop off the boat, and make Ben go “Wtf?!?” While walking around, I glanced over at the tar, and then at the hill North of it. I saw a forge, and a stove. I decided to go over, and have a look around. So, I hopped back on the boat, and sailed over. Hopped off, and explored a little. Soon, I found an unfinished building. I fetched Ben (Because he had stayed in the boat.) and we took a hike Northward. Soon, I stumbled upon a flat area, that looked like it had just been flattened. Above it, on another level, was what appeared to be an abandoned village. We explored around a bit. The view of the Northeastern ocean wasn’t too bad.

After that, I resumed the course for Bennie Bay. But, made a sharp left turn, headed for the Northern Passage. I stopped at Devil’s Gate, and looked around. Saw a decent looking spot, and headed over to it. Explored a bit, took some things I found lying around. Headed back to Bennie Bay, and headed off to bed.

Anyway, I’m trying to find out who owns Mizuho, so I can contact them. Once I do, Ben will have his new HS. However, right now, we’re out on the oceans of the Test server, sailing about. I just sailed to the edge of the server, and had a laugh or two at the messages given when the server beyond those waters is unavalible. I was on a boat, so it said “The winds die down suddenly, and the boat stops moving.” Then I get kicked out of the boat, then it says “The waves are too high to keep swimming in that direction right now. (The server is unavalible.)” And you can’t move for about 30 seconds.

Well, I think that’s it for this post. Night.

It Seems I’ve Been Using my Blog… Oh, and Some Wurm

Thursday, September 4th, 2008

Yeah. I have been using it, huh? And just think… Some time ago, I swore I’d never, ever, nomatter what, have a blog. Heh… Anyway, Wurm…

Benie’s alerted me that he has no will to live at Bennie Bay. Oh well. I’ll just take over. :D
Hello future noob camp! :P

Nah… It’ll probably remain a quiet little no-name village with a deeded farm… Or so I think… Well, I’ve been talking to someone I waved at while walking (Actually crawling, due to my damn stamina…) along the BBM highway. She told me she was off to loot anything that might be remaining from Axe Mountain. I laughed, tolder it disbanded ages ago, and told her that a few days after it disbanded, it got deeded again. So, anything of value was probably gone. She didn’t care, and continued on. Shortly after telling her about Axe Mountain, we began speaking about other things. One of them, being, that she is a noob. I smiled..

And I offered her citizenship. She said she’d like to see it first. Sounds like we’ve got our first citizen, no? Well, we’ll see.

Curse my helpfullness for noobs. :P

Cleaning The Desktop

Tuesday, September 2nd, 2008

So, today, I finally decided that I had a fairly cluttered desktop. I just got done moving all of the images on it into a folder in My Pictures.

Sidebar going over image. Fixing.

No more text files.

No more text files.

All the blank spaces were images. So, now I got all the pointless images off. Now, I’mma get all the pointless text files off. Also, I just noticed another few images on the 2nd window.

No more text files.

No more text files.

Now (After a long absence, if you haven’t looked at the clock…) I move all random folders into another folder, in My Documents.

No moar foldahs.

No moar foldahs.

Back, after having taken a nice n’ long rest. (I have a feeling somebody’s gonna laugh at me for taking so long to do this.) there’s some random files, that I’ll move into a randofolder.

No more random files.

No more random files.

Now that I’ve done that, the links could use a little organization… Could they not?

Done.

Done.

Ahh… Much better. Is it not? :P

Much better than my old way of cleaning my desktop, where I’d shove every shortcut and file except for the folder its self in the folder, and bring things out as I realized they shouldn’t have gone in there. ;)
